1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using essix.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

essix.ai is an AI-powered support platform designed for SAP, EDI, and enterprise integration environments. The Service provides:

  • AI-powered ticket analysis and resolution suggestions
  • Knowledge base management with RAG capabilities
  • Specialist escalation when AI confidence is low
  • SLA tracking and reporting

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Share your account credentials with third parties

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ESS - Enterprise Software Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service, including for AI model improvement using anonymized data.

7. Service Level Agreement

For customers on paid plans, specific SLA terms will be provided in your service agreement. AI response times and expert escalation procedures are subject to the terms of your specific plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESS - Enterprise Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
